Zij fabriceren frames voor Ormonde Motorcycles, die met uit Belgie afkomstige inbouwmotoren van het merk Kelecom voorzien worden. In 1905 nemen zij Kelecom over. <br><br>Onder de gekozen merknaam Veloce starten ze met de fabrikage van eigen ontwerp motorfietsen. De 2HP Veloce was geen succes- de samenwerking met partner William Gue wordt beeindigd. John Taylor richt dan Veloce Ltd op. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produktie van eerste generatie\u00a04 takt motorfietsen blijft de eerste jaren ondergeschikt aan de fabrikage van fietsonderdelen.\u00a0Er worden divere modellen ontwikkeld -welke\u00a0met meer of minder\u00a0succes op de markt komen.
